CEPS, European Confederation of spirits producers
The European Spirits Organisation - CEPS is the representative body for the spirits industry in Europe. Its membership comprises 38 national associations representing the spirits industry in 29 countries, as well as a group of leading spirits producing companies.

Spirituosen-verband
The BSI represents the interests of all German-based spirits producers and –importers. They are founded in 1974 and have their facilities in Bonn.

An Independent Industry body that researches dairy and dairy related products.

An organization of spirits distillers in the provinces of Canada.

Canadian Food Inspection Agency
The Official Canadian Government body responsible for maintaining the laws relating to food standards and safety.

FDA, Food and Drug Administration
The official USA Government body responsible for maintaining safety and standards for all food and beverage products, except alcoholic beverages and medicines.

ATF, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms
The official USA Government body responsible for maintaining the standards and safety requirements of alcoholic beverages.
